YeS wE CaN

Im pleased with Obama's advocate on change in America. The reason why is simply because we need the change for many reasons. It is time for to stop dwelling on the past and embrace what is happening today. Not saying to forget about it because if it wasn't for those people who fought for our rights, we wouldn't even have the opportunity to vote for a president. I just think Obama is the right person to lead America. He's anomalous, well-rounded person who has endured the same struggles and hardships that many Americans are facing today. Not saying that the other canidate haven't faced any struggles, but none that I can relate to as an African American. The "Yes We Can Speech" really has influenced me to do the right thing by voting. To be honest I believe if it wasn't for Obama running for president then I know I wouldn't have even considered registering to vote this upcoming election. I also believe that Obama is responsible for the reason why millions of young people are now interested in voting for the presidential election. I think Obama is sincere on what kind of changes he is promising to Americans. Only if people give him a chance, then we will be able to seek the change that America has been longing for.
